Bedtime story - AN EVENING WALK

This story is from the realm of my CEILIDH world, though not taken from the actual story itself. It is, instead, a little piece of the periphery of the story, introducing some of the denizens of this universe. A little cat, an owl and, most importantly, one of the less animate, though no less important characters of the story, the setting itself: Dunsepulchre House.

This story is told from the view of someone who has no connection with the house -- is merely drawn there by a chance encounter. I hope you enjoy a small taste of the creepy little universe I have been living in since way back in 2006!
